How do I place an order?

To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" to begin payment. You may pay with your debit or credit card or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted we will send you an order confirmation email from us. Your order will then begin processing. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

MAINLINE COLLECTION

The current delivery times for the mainline collection are:

UK Standard Free Delivery - delivery around 8 working days (not guaranteed)
International Standard Delivery - delivery approx. 14 working days after placement

BRIDAL/MADE TO ORDER

Bridal/custom items have varied lead times which are detailed in the product description page. All times are approximate so please allow plenty of time before your event. 

 

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What are the Postage and Packing costs?
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs, these can be selected at the checkout stage. 

UK Standard Delivery is free
UK First Class delivery is £3.50
UK Fast Track delivery is £7.25

International Standard delivery is £5.50
International Tracked delivery is £10.50

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
We will send a dispatch email to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk box before contacting us if your dispatch email has not arrived.
If you have purchased tracked delivery, your delivery reference number to track the status of your order online will be included in your dispatch email. If there is a delay in processing your order we will write to you via the email provided during checkout to let you know.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered the incorrect delivery address for your order. Unfortunately we are unable to change addresses for orders that have already been dispatched. Crown and Glory can't be held responsible for items that do not reach the recipient due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.

Can I give you delivery instructions for my order, for example 'leave inside porch'?
For security reasons, we are unable to pass on delivery requests of this nature to the driver. Please contact Royal Mail directly who will be able to arrange a safe place for your orders to be left. If your order is attempted to be delivered when no-one is available to take delivery, you will be able to collect from your local sorting office or arrange an alternative day for delivery with Royal Mail.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to offer you a full refund* if the order is arranged to be returned to us in full, in an unworn condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us. Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
This cancellation policy does not extend to altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty.
To cancel your order please email us with your name and order number and request a cancellation. Alternatively you are welcome to write to us at Crown and Glory, 62 Trevanion Road, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3QN with your name, delivery address and order number and order cancellation request.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that times for the funds to appear back into your account are subject to your own banks’ terms and conditions.

*Refunds will be made for Item price as price paid at time of purchase and initial postage will be refunded for UK orders only if; prior notification of order cancellation is given via email or letter within 7 days of delivery, and if the order is returned in full - at a basic rate regardless of delivery method chosen.

What is your Returns Policy?
If you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to offer you refund or exchange if the item(s) are returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us. Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.

Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, please return as above and include details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange for. If a balance needs to be collected, we will get in contact upon receipt of the return. If a credit is due, this will be made to your original payment method as per the above terms. Exchanges begin processing once the return item is received. Please note you may have to repay the postage to dispatch the new item to you. Returns made for exchange are made at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to withdraw our exchange policy during busy periods.

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do next?
All Crown and Glory items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the safest way possible, however if your item is a little worse for wear after a tumble during delivery then please email us and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.
